You are eligible for DACA if you meet the following requirements:
- Applicant is under 31 years of age as of June 15, 2012 (born after June 15, 1981)
- Applicant is at least 15 years old at the time of filing for DACA
- Applicant entered the US under the age of 16 years old
- Applicant continuously resided in the US since June 15, 2007 to the present time
- Applicant was physically present in the US on June 15, 2012 and at the time of applying for DACA
- Applicant was undocumented on June 15, 2012
- Applicant fulfills the education requirements:
- Applicant is currently in school or
- Graduated from high school or
- Obtained a certificate of completion from high school or
- Obtained a GED or
- Honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States

DACA renewals
- Currently DACA renewals are valid for 1 year
- Renewal can be submitted between 150 and 120 days from when your DACA expires, requests received earlier than 150 days and up to 365 days in advance will be accepted.
